“My house sold FAST and the buyers wanted a short close. I had received a mailer from Midtown Moving. Tyler responded immediately and came out on a Sunday to provide an estimate I received that afternoon.”

Realtor referral questions

FAQ

Do I need an account?

No. There is no login or portal. Fill out the form each time you have someone to refer.

When do I get my gift card?

Once the move you referred is booked.

Can I refer both buyers and sellers?

Yes. Anyone you send who books a move counts, whether they are leaving a listing or moving into a new home.

Can I refer more than one client?

Yes. Send a separate form for each client so each referral is credited to you.

What if my client calls Midtown directly?

Ask them to mention your name. Midtown logs referrals in its customer system, but the form is the surest way to get credit.

Have a client getting ready to move?
