    Notice to vacate, a transfer, or a new lease starting.

  2. Send the referral

    Fill out the form with the resident’s details and your community name. Or hand them the QR card.

  3. Midtown takes it from there

    A move coordinator reaches out, and the $100 gift card comes to your office once the move is booked.

Local, no packing. Ranges come from Midtown's past moves; every job has a 3-hour minimum.

Studio or 1 bedroom

$600 to $1,400

Packing adds $700 to $1,400.

2 bedrooms

$1,600 to $2,400

Packing adds $1,050 to $1,750.

Offer for leasing offices: $100 per resident who books a move, with a QR code and Midtown Moving logo.
