Our Story

In 2021, the height of the Covid-19 Pandemic, a young entrepreneur came up with an idea to reshape the moving industry. That entrepreneur, Blake Klepper, had just graduated with a Bachelors in Business Management from KSU. Using his business knowledge, he built a foundation for a company that valued honesty, integrity, and handwork. But how would he reshape a business model that has been working for decades? By providing the best possible service for all his customers. Service that reaches new tiers of professionalism.

Who do you think of when you think of a mover? Smelly, old, criminal that can’t be trusted in your home? General Laborers? At Midtown Moving & Storage, Blake is changing the script. By employing young, hardworking individuals that are given weekly professional training with the best equipment on the market, Blake has created a level of service not even Van Line companies can replicate. I cannot say enough about Midtown Moving. First off, they came to my rescue when another moving company I had booked months in advance failed to show up on the day of my move. Midtown Movers answered the call, and was able to book me for a move the very next day. Secondly, they worked tirelessly for 6+ hours getting my house loaded and unloaded within a restricted period of time (because of strict working hours at my new condo building). Mitchell, Tanner, and Trevor were extremely professional, helpful and willing to go the extra step to ensure items were wrapped, loaded, unloaded, and placed carefully. Helped me with a simple 1 bed ~850sq ft apartment move. The cost estimate was accurate within $50, just make sure you are clear on what you are moving beforehand. Workers struck an excellent balance of speed and carefulness. Lots of prep to make sure everything was protected during the move. TV was well protected! You will save yourself time if you pack as much as you can beforehand. Will answer any questions you might have, just ask.

Super pleased with the professionalism and quality of service I received from Midtown Moving. Upon first contact with Blake to my actual move date, the level of customer service received was superior. Tyler and Jarret (forgive me for messing up your name!) helped with my out-of-state move. They were courteous, super quick and careful with my belongings. This was the least stressful move I have ever had in life.
